Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant work experience in a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ICT systems engineering, software development, or a related field
• Proficiency in designing and documenting system architectures
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in ICT systems engineering
• Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients and project teams, collaborating to tackle complex system challenges and drive innovation
• Proactively propose innovative solutions, managing client demands for cutting-edge technology
• Support management with high-level pre-sales insights, exploring potential risks and opportunities for optimization
• Develop new technical solutions aligned with client needs, ensuring clarity and operability
• Collaborate closely with clients to clarify requirements and oversee technical aspects of development projects
• Assess human resource needs and conduct professional consultations with various stakeholders
• Take ownership of project technology decisions, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and quality standards
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues as a mentor and coach, driving professional growth and motivation
• Document systems from multiple viewpoints, adhering to standards and meeting business requirements
