Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• Proven experience (10 -15 years) in architectural site operations, preferably in Buildings and Tower projects
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and MEP systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Understanding of local building regulations and codes in Dubai and the UAE

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise architectural site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth project execution
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials submittals, and construction methodologies
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and resolve any onsite design-related issues
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings
• Collaborate with the design team to implement design changes and modifications during construction phases

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous
