• Experience (or a willingness to embrace) working in a remote-first game development environment
• Industry experience working with art teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors and Art leads to define milestone & release goals which you will co-own
• Drive the planning effort for your assigned game area by breaking down work and building schedules that accomplish the goals
• Create alignment between stakeholders, and hold them accountable to decisions and goals
• Own and manage team backlogs
• Drive decision making, and deliverables
• Manage your assigned team’s day-to-day activities by prioritizing and assigning tasks to the appropriate people
• Leading critical team rituals
• Identifying and removing roadblocks
• Keeping team mobilized and focused on goals, and quality
• Collaborate with leads to determine best practices, development pipelines, and resource allocation
• Communicate with internal or external stakeholders and partners on expectations and deliverables
• Foster an environment conducive to creativity
