Summary

Vial is a tech-enabled Clinical Research Organization (CRO) seeking a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate to lead projects and help set firm level strategy. The role involves collaborating with senior management, analyzing operational processes, coordinating clinical trials, preparing reports, and contributing to best practices. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, or Analytics, preferably in Consulting, Investment Banking, or startup S&O/BizOps roles. Problem solving and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep analytical and systems thinking approach are required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance and/or Operations and/or Strategy and/or Analytics
• Problem solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful execution of clinical trials
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of best practices and operational policies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking + Startup S&O/BizOps roles
