Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in transfers or a similar operational role
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for building queries and generating insights
• Experience with both Simple and Complex Manual Transfers is preferred
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME for Manual Transfers, providing technical expertise and support to team members and stakeholders
• Analyze transfer data using SQL to generate reports, insights, and recommendations for process improvements
• Work closely with Team Leads and management to identify inefficiencies in the transfer process and develop data-driven solutions
• Build and maintain queries to track key metrics related to transfers, such as completion rates, failure rates, and transfer turnaround times
• Provide technical troubleshooting for manual transfer issues, collaborating with other teams as needed to resolve complex cases
• Assist in the development and refinement of operational processes, focusing on minimizing errors and improving client experience
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing transfer-related insights and ensuring alignment with broader company objectives
• Mentor junior team members and help develop their technical skills related to manual transfers and data analysis
