Summary

Join Vestwell's Retirement Plan Administration (RPA) team as an experienced retirement plan administrator specializing in large plan audits. You will be responsible for preparing Form 5500 and related schedules, assisting plan sponsors with IQPA audits, conducting year-end testing for large DC plans, answering client service team questions on retirement plan subjects, and providing consulting services to sponsors, advisors, and IQPA auditors. This role requires extensive experience in DC plan administration, a deep understanding of plan administration, compliance testing, and IRS regulations, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in Retirement Plan Administration for Qualified Plans, including working on IQPA audits
  • Exceptional understanding of plan administration, compliance testing and IRS regulations
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail & organization
  • Passion for helping people
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & G suite
  • Proven ability to think analytically & operate independently within set deadlines
  • Team player
  • Shows ownership and initiative in all aspects of work
  • QKA certifications

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Form 5500 and related schedules
