Summary

Join World Investment Advisors (WIA), a leading financial services firm, as a Manager-Client Experience. In this role, you will support client advisors in account opening, back-office administration, client engagement, and portfolio reviews. Responsibilities include maintaining client data in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity across platforms, processing new account paperwork, managing client reviews, and providing excellent client service. You will also support financial planning, retirement plan services, investment management, and sales support activities. The ideal candidate possesses current industry experience and a bachelor's degree is preferred. Requirements

Current industry experience with banking, financial services or investment advisory

Responsibilities

  • CRM (Redtail) Maintain all client and prospect data, including review schedule, in CRM system
  • Maintain compliant client files; required books and records
  • Ensure data integrity across platforms (Schwab, Black Diamond, eMoney, RPAG)
  • Service Tasks – Enter to CRM, Delegate, Ensure completion
  • Client Onboarding & Access Prepare and process new account paperwork
  • Assist with asset transfers
  • Set up online portals for clients
  • Set up EFT & check writing capability
  • Manage RMD’s
  • Client Reviews - Schedule / Prepare / Follow up Develop client appointment agenda
  • Help prepare materials for Review Meeting
  • Assist with client reviews / Take case notes for follow up/CRM
  • Debrief action items with Lead Advisor
  • Prepare post appointment summary letter for client
  • Client maintenance Contact client with case updates
  • Support proactive client engagement
  • Ad hoc Client Service requests
  • Financial Planning - eMoney Enter data in planning software—prospect/client Profiles
  • Produce financial plans under direction of Lead Advisor
  • Make adjustments and changes to plan
  • Retirement Plans Service - RPAG Schedule Investment Committee Meetings on annual calendar
  • Manage Plan Data Updates – Electronic PAL
  • Generate Fiduciary Investment Reviews
  • Investment Committee Minutes- complete and post to Fiduciary Briefcase
  • Participant Education- tailor Power Points to each client
  • Deliver Participant Education- in-person and webinars
  • Investment Management – Black Diamond / Morningstar /Schwab Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Perform investment research and analysis
  • Monitor investment performance; asset allocation
  • Execute transactions under the direction of Lead or Service Advisor
  • Sales Support Maintain Opportunity "Pipeline" in HubSpot
  • Help prepare Presentations, Proposal and Reports
  • Manage marketing communication – Newsletters, website, social media calendar
  • Communications – Maintain standard marketing pieces, tailor to specific opportunities
  • Follow up on opportunities- organize Advisors for calls
  • Business Improvement Collaborate with firm specialists on plan and investment design
  • Identify new asset and service opportunities
  • Facilitate weekly team meeting
  • Communicate daily with advisors and support team
  • Prepare monthly metrics report
