Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in creating clear, impactful dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial analytics and reports to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance) to optimize workflows and drive project success
  • Design, build, and refine intuitive, data-driven dashboards that provide actionable insights for various stakeholders
  • Lean in to drive complex projects within Treasury Cash and Collateral Management, facilitating communication and problem-solving across teams
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to inform critical business decisions related to Treasury operations and strategy
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial modeling, coding/automation, ability to contribute to a data model, and experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Superset)
  • Experience in credit products, prepaid cards or other spend operations functions
