Summary

Join Angi's Care Operations team as a Senior Strategy Associate and oversee service delivery to Angi customers and pros. You will contribute significantly to strategy, operations, and care by assisting with data analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and improving customer and pro experiences. This role involves building reports and presentations, optimizing Care technology, leveraging cost structures, executing the yearly budgeting process, evaluating forecasting mechanisms, and building Excel models to optimize key metrics. You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, using data and analytics to deliver impactful solutions. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with great attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling experience
  • Problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to learn and take ownership of complex projects
  • Ability to explain information in a simple, digestible way to a variety of audiences
  • Interest in working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven by data and analytics to deliver impactful solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build reports and presentations to support critical business decisions related to inbound and outbound forecasting and cost
  • Develop a deep understanding of Care technology and tools to optimize the value of tool investments and ensure the tools are enabling the Care organization to meet KPIs
  • Leverage Care cost structure and allocation methods to understand how to maximize Care experience within financial constraints
  • Execute yearly budgeting process and ensure alignment with Finance organization on forecasting and actual reconciliation on weekly and monthly basis
  • Continuously evaluate current financial and headcount forecasting mechanisms, propose changes, and implement best practices
  • Build and maintain Excel models that optimize cost, wait times, and other critical metrics, enabling hiring and skilling decisions across all Angi Customer and Pro support lines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Looker, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS like Salesforce is a plus

  • Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living
