Senior Backend Engineer, Remote - Indonesia

Summary

The Senior Backend Engineer role at Ajaib involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions for millions of investors. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience, preferably in distributed systems or full-stack architecture
• Highly proficient in one or more programming languages, including Java, C, Go, or Python
• Solid knowledge of Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, and MySQL. Tuning and query optimization is a plus
• Able to work individually with limited guidance, responsible for their work, and self-motivated

• Deliver high-performance, low-latency services with complex requirements
• Build and optimize fault-tolerant distributed systems under rapid growth demands

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol is a bonus
