Senior Backend Engineer

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience with production systems
• You have strong skills in Rust or Go
• Whether you’re working independently or leading a cross-functional team, you have exceptional communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Lead or support development of flagship products and features for our L1 or L2 teams
• Work closely with product, engineering, data, and research teams to do everything from designing to operating cutting-edge crypto infrastructure
• Push the boundaries for performance
• Contribute to open source projects, whether that's our own or close partner's

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ethereum, Geth, or other Ethereum clients
• Alternatively: adjacent infrastructure (e.g., indexers or p2p overlays)
• Worked with Solidity or other smart contract languages
• You have contributed to open-source work/projects or participate in public technical discourse, such as contributing to protocol specifications
