Requirements

  • Strong experience with Typescript, or experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or C# and Javascript/Node
  • Strong experience with observability tools, including metrics, structured logging and distributed tracing

Responsibilities

  • Spend a majority of your time coding, architecting, and owning moderate to complex components
  • Lead a small team or a project
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and design and deliver on small/medium size projects end-to-end
  • Leveraging AI and advanced technologies to help customers manage and derive insights from their data, optimizing the customer onboarding experience
  • Empowering users to independently set up, manage, and scale their accounts with a seamless and compliant process
  • Enhancing core messaging and calling features, improving customer data management, and optimizing the visibility of conversations and contacts
  • Tackle impactful challenges and help build scalable backend systems that will support a growing user base
