This fully remote (or hybrid in Sophia-Antipolis) role involves working in a Scrum-based team, collaborating closely with other engineers, product owners, and designers. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring of Go-based backend services on AWS with Kubernetes. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience with strongly-typed languages and a proven track record of making high-impact technical decisions. Requirements
- While our software stack is written in Go, we welcome engineers from different programming language backgrounds as long as youβre eager to work with Go
- Proven experience with strongly typed languages in complex settings, including building and delivering web services
- A track record of at least 5 years making high-impact technical decisions and driving project outcomes

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Go-based backend services
- Design and implement new features and functionalities
- Deploy and monitor backend services on AWS with Kubernetes
- Collaborate with other engineers, product owners, and designers
- Work in a Scrum-based team
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the backend systems
- Participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production
