Responsibilities

• Understanding the current lifestyle and development of new lifecycles with emphasis on software quality processes
• Strong IC and leadership skills. Dive deep or act as a multiplier depending on the situation
• Lead cross-functional projects across growth, data operations teams
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to establish metrics and methodologies for both tracking, optimization, and goaling purposes
• Good level of written and technical English
• Ability to work with stakeholders globally in different timezones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ML systems (as a backend engineer, not a ML engineer)
• Experience working with data intensive systems
