Senior Backend Engineer

Requirements

• Strong experience developing and deploying highly scalable applications and APIs in production environments
• Deep knowledge of the NodeJS ecosystem and its associated technologies
• Extensive experience with AWS services and infrastructure as code
• Strong foundation in database design and management, particularly with relational databases
• You're an ambitious problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
• You communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively in autonomous teams
• You're passionate about building systems that empower sellers and enhance their experience

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing highly scalable backend services and APIs that power our seller tools, from shipping integrations to AI-driven features
• Creating robust, maintainable solutions for complex seller-focused challenges while ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports our growing seller ecosystem, ensuring high availability and scalability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend technologies (VueJS, React)
• Expertise with NestJS framework
• Proficiency in GraphQL API development
• Experience with AWS Typescript CDK
• Knowledge of document databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Experience with AWS Data Pipelines (Glue, SageMaker)
