Summary

Join Algolia's Dashboard Platform team as a Senior Backend Engineer to empower developers at Algolia to ship frontend features with an emphasis on offering a great and consistent customer experience, at scale. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in infrastructure automation, be able to lead projects in complete autonomy, and take ownership of planning ahead and thinking globally for the company.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of modern infrastructure management with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform on AWS
• Good knowledge of modern web development Javascript/TypeScript, HTML & CSS
• Rigor in high code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices
• You care a lot about Developer Experience
• Well-spoken and written English skills

Responsibilities

• Being a key contributor to operation & deployment of all features of the Dashboard Platform
• Taking ownership, research, explore and deliver world-class developer experiences
• Sharing your knowledge on software engineering, testing and deployment best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Go and Ruby on Rails
