Responsibilities
- Builds and scales systems from scratch, possessing strong full-stack development skills, particularly in TypeScript
- Handles complex technical challenges, communicates effectively about intricate product decisions, and collaborates closely with stakeholders and team members
- Takes full ownership of product domains from deployment to maintenance and monitoring
- Delivers software features on time, with strong organizational and documentation capabilities
- Engages with both the detailed and strategic aspects of technical projects to ensure successful outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with distributed systems such as AWS Lambda, ECS Containers, and AWS CDK
- Some familiarity with Golang
- Background in enterprise IT, including expertise with Enterprise Linux, SAP, and other ERP applications
- Proficiency in developing command-line interfaces using libraries like Commander.js, Inquirer.js, and Chalk
- Experience compiling Node.js applications into standalone executables using tools such as pkg and nexe
- Familiarity with designing modular CLI architectures that integrate with RESTful APIs and enhance existing systems
- Knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, or similar technologies
- Experience or insight into building APM-style agents
- Previous experience in an early-stage venture-backed startup
- Academic background in computer science or software engineering
