Senior Backend Software Engineer

Summary

The role involves building IT workflows in Temporal and Golang, integrating IT automation & security with internal products, and writing integrations with external tools.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to work across traditional IT tasks
• Strong Golang experience
• Strong Linux systems engineering experience, Kubernetes
• Strong IT security & administration experience

Responsibilities

• Bootstrapping a new IT security engineering team at Teleport
• Building IT workflows in Temporal and Golang, deploying to EKS Kubernetes
• Building and integrating IT automation & security with Teleport Identity and Teleport Policy
• Writing integrations with Panther, JamF Pro, Okta, Rippling, Google Enterprise Browser
• Building hardened security & automation for Mac desktops

Benefits

Compensation: $204,000 - $313,000 a year
