The ideal candidate possesses solid Chargebee (or comparable system) and Excel skills, along with 3+ years of SaaS billing experience. Requirements

  • Solid Experience with Chargebee or any other comparable SaaS Billing Systems
  • Solid Skills with Excel
  • +3 years of experience in SaaS billing , or comparable billing systems
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Maintain high accuracy with strong attention to detail
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment
  • Give and receive constructive feedback
  • Manage multiple deadlines efficiently
  • Fluent in German and English ( C1 level )

Responsibilities

  • Take care of the entire platform subscription billing in Chargebee, deep-diving first into our current processes
  • Review and process all documents to ensure an accurate first-time billing
  • Drive the renewal billing, liaising with the Sales team for upsell-opportunities
  • Counter-check the billing metrics in our CRM system
  • Handle all billing inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Work closely with Finance in various aspects: sub-ledger on the books, revenue recognition, and matching accounts receivables
  • Responsible for the dunning process, including preparation of aging reports and analysis; sending reminders and coordinating with internal and externals to secure payments
  • Identify areas for process improvement and update internal documentation
  • Handle special projects including cleanups, and completeness checks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical
