Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Expert applied knowledge of statistical methodology in diagnostic medicine
- Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for working on cross-functional teams with members of diverse technical backgrounds
- Proven ability to create clear and well-structured written documentation tailored for diverse audiences
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of statistical analyses for development and analytical validation studies, contributing to oncology product initiatives
- Work closely with fellow statisticians, bench scientists, and product development teams to integrate statistical methodologies into study planning and execution. Clearly communicate statistical concepts and findings to diverse stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive protocols, analysis plans, and reports to support regulatory submissions and internal decision-making
- Proactively identify potential challenges, effectively communicate concerns, and propose data-driven solutions to project teams
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with CLSI, NGS, genetics, and/or oncology testing
