Requirements

• At least 5 years experience of fast-paced bookkeeping environments
• Experience training and mentoring others
• Accrual bookkeeping, payroll, debits, credits, clearing accounts, reconciliations inside out, upside down, and back to front
• Invoicing, payables, bookkeeping, tax rates, and more
• Solid knowledge of online/cloud-based accounting software such as Wave, Xero, and QuickBooks
• People skills, a love of helping people, and the patience to solve difficult human problems

Responsibilities

• Talk to real clients about real problems and try to solve them in real time
• Jump between the world's best cloud accounting platforms, making the numbers work, filing real returns, delivering accurate reports, managing up, mentoring below
• Drive, hone, and develop an efficient and incredible team and always try to improve things for everyone
