Requirements

  • 5+ years in a pre-sales role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar, preferably within the BPO or SaaS industry
  • Strong background in enterprise technology, with the ability to design and articulate complex technical solutions
  • Understanding of sales processes and a proven ability to drive revenue through technical pre-sales activities
  • Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Partner with BPO Partnerships Managers and Account Executives to drive pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution design, and technical qualification
  • Create and present customized technical solutions that showcase our AI platform's value
  • Oversee Proof of Concept engagements to validate solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in
  • Align solutions with partner needs by working with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Serve as a technical advisor to support partners in decision-making and solution adoption
  • Channel partner feedback and market trends to influence product development
  • Drive joint go-to-market efforts with partners through enablement and marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with BPOs or contact center solutions
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, AI, or contact center platforms
