Requirements

• 6+ years agency experience as a Senior Designer/Art Director in fast-paced marketing
• Strong portfolio of marketing campaigns, creative projects, and social content
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, Google Slides, Canva
• Experience in wireframing, UX/UI design, responsive web design

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling assets across various platforms
• Work autonomously, taking ownership of projects
• Contribute creatively to discussions and offer design perspective
• Manage design projects, stakeholders, and problem solve
• Collaborate globally on integrated marketing campaigns
• Produce content across multiple media formats
• Mentor junior team members and enable non-designers to create on-brand content

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for creativity, design innovation, and brand elevation through visual storytelling
• Strategic thinker translating business objectives into compelling creative solutions
• Excellent written/verbal communication for asynchronous global teamwork
• Self-starter/team player collaborating effectively across departments
• Big-picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail
• Storyboarding impactful narratives with motion design/video expertise
• Familiarity with website builders (Webflow, Wordpress, etc.)
