Requirements

  • 7+ yrs experience in brand and marketing design for cutting-edge technology products
  • Expert on web design process, including creating Information Architecture, wire-framing, prototyping, familiar with working with frontend engineers and QA
  • Prior experience leading larger marketing or advertising campaigns, either in-house or at agencies
  • Proficiency with collaborative design tools like Figma

Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts for marketing campaigns and assets across multiple channels, with a particular focus on Assuredโ€™s website and larger integrated campaigns
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, grids and more
  • Hands-on design of marketing assets with pixel-perfect precision for high-exposure campaigns
  • Act as brand guardian and the final seal approval for all customer-facing assets produced by other design team members, ensuring that guidelines and quality standards are followed consistently
  • Project manage larger campaigns, including delegation to other team members and giving direction and feedback along the way
  • Contribute to the development of Assuredโ€™s brand identity by helping to maintain and organize our design system and asset library

Bonus points for having implemented designs for interactive websites with Webflow
