We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Strategist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms for two distinct brands. This role is instrumental in generating high-quality leads and driving measurable results that directly support sales and growth initiatives. You will oversee a combined monthly ad spend of approximately $40,000 and be responsible for developing and refining full-funnel strategies. In addition to executing campaigns, you will collaborate closely with the creative and sales teams, utilizing AI tools to enhance campaign development and leveraging data platforms for real-time performance reporting. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This is a full-time W2 position for domestic candidates only, offering a compensation range of $70,000-$80,000 annually, plus a variable compensation package and potential OTE up to $150,000 annually.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency of comparable size, with strong preference given to candidates who have worked within the private practice or healthcare sector
- Deep expertise in managing advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube), LinkedIn, and Direct Mail, with a proven ability to drive measurable results
- Exceptional skills in copywriting, ad creative development, and performance analysis, with the ability to craft messaging that resonates with niche professional audiences
- Hands-on experience with HighLevel or similar funnel-building and marketing automation platforms
- Strong team orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments while thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Complete ownership of the role is expected, with direct reporting to the CEO. Candidates must demonstrate a strong drive for results, operate with a high level of accountability, and be capable of working independently with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and continuously optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms—including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, Retargeting, Email, SMS, and Direct Mail—to drive a steady stream of high-quality leads across two brands
- Oversee and allocate a combined monthly ad spend of approximately $40,000, ensuring maximum return on investment across channels
- Analyze and leverage our internal resource library to identify effective messaging angles and develop fresh, targeted lead magnets that speak directly to the evolving needs of our ideal client profile
- Develop compelling, high-converting ad creatives that resonate with dental, orthodontic, and oral surgery professionals, aligning seamlessly with brand messaging and campaign goals
- Build and optimize comprehensive marketing funnels in HighLevel, designed to nurture leads through each stage of the buyer journey and increase booked calls with the sales team
- Consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks—including booked calls, closed deals, and cost per lead (CPL)
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce high-impact photo and video assets that elevate campaign performance
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign copywriting, ideation, and creative production, ensuring innovative and data-driven marketing execution
- Participate in daily huddles with the sales team to gain insights into lead quality and campaign effectiveness, making real-time adjustments to improve outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with departments—including sales and leadership—to ensure campaign strategy and execution align with overall business objectives
- Act as a key partner to the sales team by understanding the full lead-to-sale lifecycle and identifying which marketing materials most effectively drive client conversions
- Own the end-to-end reporting of all marketing efforts, clearly connecting campaign performance to sales outcomes and business growth
- Utilize platforms such as Google Data Studio (Looker), Supermetrics, and Google Sheets to track, visualize, and report on performance metrics and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools for content creation, ideation, and campaign enhancement is highly desirable
