Requirements

Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth knowledge of ContactEngine products and their usage, staying apprised of new and upcoming features
• Understand project requirements and ensure these are also understood within the engineering team and transformed into a suitable development solution
• Conduct consultations with key stakeholders, at appropriate points during the development of a new feature
• Identify and produce appropriate user stories, in collaboration with architects and developers, with clearly defined acceptance criteria
• Take ownership of assigned projects (including complex projects, and those of both a technical and business nature), including progression of associated user stories, presenting stories to the development team, and ensuring the quality of delivered work
• Serve as a product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product
• Provide feature overviews and sprint demonstrations
• Participate and represent Product in appropriate sprint ceremonies, such as stand up, estimation, planning, retrospectives etc., as required
• Assists in carrying out investigations or analysis for requests from the business
• Perform thorough manual testing of new features post-release, ensuring the requirements of the user are met
