Summary

Join NICE, a global enterprise software leader, as a Lead Business Analyst on the global ALM team. This high-impact role involves shaping and driving Agile processes across all R&D units, influencing over 6,000 employees. You will be deeply involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements and planning to deployment, using cutting-edge cloud-based tools. Lead Agile delivery initiatives, optimize workflows, and collaborate with a dynamic team. The role requires 4+ years of Agile leadership experience in a technical environment and proven success in managing Agile delivery and leading technical projects. NICE offers a flexible hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar Agile leadership role in a technical environment
  • Proven success in managing Agile delivery and leading technical projects end to end
  • Deep knowledge of Jira Cloud architecture and ecosystem (Hands-on expertise – advantage)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and modern software development tools
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Hebrew , both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global ALM team in driving Agile best practices, managing backlogs and sprints, and facilitating key ceremonies
  • Serve as the primary liaison between ALM and R&D stakeholders across NICE business units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, align priorities, and guide technical discussions
  • Own the governance and optimization of critical cloud-based ALM tools, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, Veracode, SonarQube, Docker, Monitaur , and more
  • Continuously identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks, championing process improvement and innovation
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and team empowerment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in product management or strategic business analysis roles
  • Background in global enterprise environments, working across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Experience leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile principles
