Senior Business Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Core Application SME, overseeing deliverables for product launches, post-launch features, customer acquisition, servicing, and middleware integration. This role requires 5+ years of experience in the Life/Health Insurance domain and a deep understanding of various insurance applications. You will be responsible for translating business challenges into solutions, planning functional deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on track. Strong communication and Agile methodology understanding are essential. Success in this role requires building and maintaining effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience in Life/Health Insurance Domain
• Good interpersonal communication and written skills
• Deep understanding about various insurance domain related applications like Life Policy admins features and functionalities (Life Asia), Workflow, Salesforce, Imaging and CCM
• Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Core Application deliverables for Product launches, Post launch features, customer acquisition, Servicing and Middleware Integration
• This role will be one of the SME for Core application related Initiatives
• Ability to translate business issues/challenges into effective/creative solutions
• Ability to plan out the detailed functional deliverables and ensure all deliverables planned are on track throughout the project SDLC
• Accountable for building and maintaining effective relationships with the immediate project team (both business and technical users) as well as extended stakeholders – incl. sponsors, business representatives and other projects and programs
