Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating a growth strategy, helping the CEO to decide the main initiatives
• Understand and synthesize Reports for the C-level, including KPIs, OKRs, and Budget
• Help product team with KPIs, strategy, and product development
• Track the performance of Recargapay's products
• Conduct meetings with C-level executives about new initiatives
• Understand and monitor competitors' value propositions and movements
• Conduct studies with the finance team that can help us make decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Managing consulting experience is a differential advantage
• Experience with financial statements is a differential
• Experience in fintech or digital banks is a plus
• Experience in credit card, CRM, Fraud, or Loans is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of data tools like SQL, Python, etc
• Advanced English or Spanish
