Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred
- Proven hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or Vision) is a must
- Demonstrated success in change management, project execution, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
- Advanced skills in financial reporting and analysis, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical and operational solutions
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, including billing, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with reporting tools and data visualization platforms

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Deltek Vantagepoint, with a laser focus on maintaining financial data accuracy, generating insightful reports, and driving system optimization to support financial and accounting operations
- Partner directly with accounting and finance teams to redesign workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and safeguard data integrity
- Lead change management initiatives by steering system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations -ensuring that enhancements align with compliance and financial controls
- Develop custom financial reports and dashboards that assist in month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans, collaborating with multiple teams - including finance, operations, and IT - to implement system enhancements and process improvements
- Execute comprehensive test plans for system upgrades, patches, and new implementations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit
- Act as the escalation point for complex system challenges, delivering timely resolutions and proactive solutions
- Mentor junior team members, sharing financial systems expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Provide training and guidance to end users to boost proficiency and adoption of financial systems
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can drive financial performance and operational efficiency
