Requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry: Proven expertise in automotive-focused projects, with a strong understanding of the industry's specific visual and technical demands
• Background in car photography: An eye for automotive composition, lighting, and storytelling that translates seamlessly into the CG space
• Experience: 8+ years in a similar position, with a portfolio showcasing your exceptional eye for detail and ability to push boundaries in automotive visualization
• Strong technical and creative skills: Expertise in composition, lighting, and CG visual standards, with a keen understanding of the latest trends in automotive visualization and AI technology
• Hands-on attitude: While primarily directing, you're comfortable diving into production when needed and can independently handle smaller projects from start to finish
• Deadline resilience: Thrive under pressure and lead teams through tight deadlines
• Fluency in English: Clear communication in a fast-paced, international environment

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and communicate ideas: Develop pitch decks, style proposals, storyboards, sketches, concept art, mood boards, and mock-ups to articulate concepts to clients and teams
• Interpret client briefs: Identify client needs and translate them into clear, actionable directions for the team
• Brand integration: Understand each brand's unique essence and ensure seamless integration of creative elements into its universe
• Driving visual uniqueness: Infuse every project with innovative, visually distinct ideas while meeting objectives and client expectations
• Leveraging AI tools: Incorporate AI-powered image generation tools to create cutting-edge concepts and expand creative possibilities in automotive visualization
• Coordinating teams and QA: Lead in-house and external teams, provide feedback and approvals, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure renders achieve top-tier quality
• Overseeing production: Manage all stages of production, ensuring projects meet creative and visual standards from concept to delivery
