Summary

Join INDG | Grip Marketing team as a Creative Production Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director. You will manage end-to-end production of marketing content, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards. Lead and oversee all stages of marketing content production, from initial concept to final delivery. Engage with stakeholders, source resources, manage budgets, and ensure quality. Develop and improve production processes, and manage project management tools. INDG is a technology company specializing in large-scale CGI content creation, with clients spanning various consumer product industries. The role requires strong collaboration, communication, and creative sensibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative production management or a similar role
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary creative professionals (motion designers, copywriters, art directors, developers) and communicate effectively across creative teams and senior leadership
  • A strong creative sensibility: you're not an art director, but you speak the language, give thoughtful feedback, and help guide projects without killing the creative vibe
  • Patience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with creative teams, while still keeping structure and deadlines on track
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Familiarity with budget management and cost negotiation
  • Ability to create, continuously improve, and streamline production processes
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all stages of marketing content production, from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring smooth workflow, clear communication, strong collaboration, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Identify, analyze, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, project managers, art directors, and marketing teams. Understand their needs and expectations while effectively managing their involvement and influence to keep projects moving forward with clarity and alignment
  • Identify and engage the best resources for each project by actively sourcing talent across internal teams, freelancers, and agencies. Proactively gather the best content and initiatives from across INDG verticals, pulling in high-potential projects and materials to enrich the marketing pipeline and drive impactful outcomes
  • Manage project budgets effectively, keep financials on track, and negotiate with vendors to ensure maximum value
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and brand alignment in all creative outputs, conducting regular reviews and iterations based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
  • Develop and establish new production processes from the ground up, ensuring they enhance efficiency and scalability as the team grows. Continuously refine and improve these processes to support the evolving needs of the creative workflow
  • Take charge of selecting, onboarding, and managing a project management tool to facilitate seamless collaboration. Ensure the tool is effectively integrated into the team's workflow, providing training and support to maximize its utilization and minimize friction
