Join team x/RAPP, a global communications and marketing agency for Mercedes-Benz, as a Senior CGI Producer. You will be the central figure in ensuring the smooth execution of high-end CGI productions, from planning to final delivery. Requirements

• Must be fluent in German and English
• A results-driven Senior CGI Producer with extensive experience managing CGI projects within high-end production environments
• Skilled in overseeing entire production pipelines, from CGI asset creation to post-production and final delivery
• Excellent understanding of production processes, have a sound working knowledge of all the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications within the VFX team
• A strong communicator with the ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams
• Adept at balancing creative ambition with production feasibility, ensuring projects stay on track without compromising quality
• A strategic thinker who can optimize workflows and introduce new production methodologies to enhance efficiency
• Familiar with AI-driven automation and emerging technologies that influence the future of digital content creation
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting deadlines
• A good understanding of industry-standard CGI tools, including C4D, MAYA, HOUDINI, VRAY, AFX, and real-time engines
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Workfront, or Smartsheets

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead liaison between internal creative teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and execution on all CGI-related projects
• Oversee and coordinate the full CGI production pipeline, from planning and asset development to final delivery
• Ensure production workflows are properly defined and well adhered to, while communicating and enforcing high production values
• Manage and allocate production resources effectively, optimizing team efficiency and project workflows
• Take ownership of project finances, tracking budgets, processing invoices and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
• Oversee quality control, ensuring that all CGI assets meet the highest standards of photorealism and creative excellence
• Implement and refine production methodologies, introducing innovative processes and new technologies such as AI-driven automation where applicable
• Proactively problem-solve and troubleshoot production challenges, mitigating risks and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, including Statements of Work, project plans, RAID logs, and financial reports
• Lead client presentations and project updates, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives
• Mentor junior production team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture
