We are growing our Consulting Services team and looking for a Change Lead to provide change consulting services to clients, deliver change management activities, and support clients in understanding success factors and development of KPIs.
Requirements
- 4 plus years of relevant work experience in delivery of organisational change mgmt. projects on ERP programmes
- 2 plus years experience of ERP training experience, preferably Dynamisc
- Strong project management skills
- Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
- Aptitude to easily adopt new technologies and processes
- Change Management qualification preferred but not essential, as long as candidate has strong understanding of change mgmt. principles
- Exhibits strong leadership abilities as role model, partner and mentor to project teams and clients
- Results-focused with strong business acumen combined with analytical and structured thinking
- Previous Consulting Experience an advantage
- Dynamics 365 Fin /Ops or CRM background would be an advantage
- Ability to work in high pressure, rapidly changing environment whilst dealing with ambiguity and diversion opinions
- Strong MS office application experience
Responsibilities
- Provide change consulting services to clients in the transformation and change discipline applying the Hitachi change methodology
- Deliver Change Strategies for clients ensuring solutions are tailored for specific client needs
- Deliver change management activities for projects, working with the client to ensure business readiness for go live and beyond
- Support clients to understand success factors and development of KPIs for a benefits led approach to change
- Support the wider Hitachi teams as subject matter expert on change management, including learning
- Support the projects and project teams as a subject matter expert on learning and development specific areas focused on
- Training Needs Analysis
- Training materials development
- Training delivery, including e-learning
- Training Assessment and development
- Design, develop and implement training and mobile learning solutions taking into account instructional design and learning theories
- Regular on-site meetings to review status of training, strategy, schedules, issues and mitigation measures jointly with the client
- Create and execute communication and stakeholder plans to engage users, support the business and facilitate change
- Readiness Assessments to ensure projects are progressing and implementing return to green actions plans
- Work with the training delivery team to ensure activities are aligned
- Facilitate Hypercare support for end users β Floor walkers, training, drop in sessions
- Post go live adoption surveys and KPI analysis to ensure the change is sustained and reinforced
- Liaise and engage with the client onsite and/or remote depending on the project and client needs, and be the bridge between the affected teams and the project team
