Summary

As a Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to support channel partners, including creating marketing programs, managing joint campaigns, and aligning efforts with sales and product teams. This role focuses on driving partner engagement, analyzing performance metrics, delivering impactful content, and building strong partner relationships. You will also plan events, webinars, and conferences to promote collaboration and learning across the partner network.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of channel sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support channel partners
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
- Develop and manage channel marketing programs, including promotions, incentives, and joint marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with channel partners to ensure effective execution and alignment with objectives
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align channel initiatives with business priorities
- Provide marketing support to channel partners, including training and resources
- Track and report on the performance of channel marketing programs, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend optimizations
- Create and deliver engaging content for channel partners, such as newsletters, presentations, and case studies
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all partner communications
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a key point of contact for marketing activities
- Foster collaboration and open communication to ensure mutual success
- Plan and execute channel events, webinars, and workshops to promote engagement and learning
- Coordinate participation in industry conferences and trade shows
