Summary

Join MedHQ as a Senior Client Success Manager and oversee client success and revenue cycle operations across multiple accounts. You will ensure effective execution and high client satisfaction, reporting to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle. This integral role drives operational success, fosters strong client relationships, and supports business growth by engaging with potential clients during the sales process. Responsibilities include leading revenue cycle operations, implementing best practices, developing client relationships, strategic planning, communication, sales support, data analysis, and continuous improvement. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, extensive experience in revenue cycle management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and analytical abilities. This is a remote, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare administration, with demonstrated success in a leadership role
  • Extensive understanding of healthcare systems and revenue cycle processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively and deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and process improvement
  • Ability to support sales efforts and influence senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage revenue cycle operations for diverse clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Implement and maintain best practices to optimize revenue cycle performance, addressing client-specific challenges and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and senior leadership, acting as their trusted advisor
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, tailoring strategies to achieve and exceed client goals
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership to formulate strategic plans that align with company and client objectives
  • Drive the implementation of these plans, ensuring timely achievement of desired outcomes
  • Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Deliver regular, comprehensive updates on performance and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage potential clients in the sales process by showcasing the firm’s capabilities and strategic solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on client needs and demonstrate our value proposition effectively
  • Analyze revenue cycle data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Implement initiatives to enhance revenue cycle outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
