Summary
Join ConnectOS and work as a Property Resilience Assessor, conducting assessments focused on natural hazard and climate risks. Analyze building vulnerabilities and estimate potential property losses. Provide recommendations for hazard mitigation and adaptation strategies. Lead project teams, coordinate with experts, and mentor junior staff. Write detailed client reports and manage multiple concurrent projects. This night shift position offers a competitive salary (P100,000 β P140,000 monthly) and excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Property Resilience Assessment Expertise - Experience with ASTM E3429 assessments and evaluating major building systems for resilience to natural hazards
- Knowledge of Climate & Natural Hazard Data - Ability to interpret climate risk data from sources like FEMA, NOAA, or proprietary tools, with a focus on risks such as flood, wind, and wildfire
- Strong foundation in building performance, construction practices, and applicable codes, with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation
- Proficient in writing detailed technical reports and presenting findings clearly to clients and cross-functional teams
- Skilled in leading site visits, coordinating with consultants, and managing multiple complex projects independently

- Write detailed client reports summarizing findings and suggested resilience measures
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision
- Interpret data from public and proprietary climate risk sources
- Ensure all assessments follow ASTM E3429 and relevant guidelines
- Deliver timely, high-quality service while maintaining strong client relationships
