Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2+ years working with clinical data from EHR platforms (AthenaHealth preferred, Epic, Cerner)
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Experience with Python for statistical analysis
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
• Strong familiarity with clinical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED)
• Excellent communication skills – ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Curiosity and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Analyze and interpret clinical data to enhance patient outcomes and optimize clinical workflows

• Build metrics and tools to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for workflow improvement

• Design experiments to test interventions, ensuring measurable results that improve our care model
