Remote Senior Data Analyst

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant analytics or data science experience
• Fluency in SQL
• Strong background in data visualization and modeling (Looker, Tableau)
• Hands-on experience with Python
• An ability to juggle both long-term strategic projects and ad hoc urgent requests as needed
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Client Success, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to build dedicated processes, dashboards, and reports that support critical business processes and goals
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for process improvement, automating processes, and recommending highly scalable solutions
• Promote and exemplify the development of best practices, coding standards, and design principles
• Effectively communicate insights and results from analysis to stakeholders across Maven teams, highlighting opportunities to better serve our business
• Explore improvement opportunities and emerging technologies, tools, and trends that can drive innovation and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data analytics processes
