Requirements

• Minimum 4-year bachelor degree in Accounting and Business Administration
• Professional accounting certification is a plus
• Experience working with web-based accounting programs such as Quickbooks Online, Xero etc
• Minimum 3 years experience working in a full-time accounting or bookkeeping role
• Superior English written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a paperless environment with strong process flow
• Proven problem-solving skills, on-point communication, and client service skills
• Strong business acumen and desire to grow within a fast-growing firm
• Access to high-speed, reliable, and consistent internet connection
• Adherence to firm privacy policies at all times

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping engagements using cloud-based accounting program
• Perform ad-hoc projects such as general ledger typing, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis commentary
