Requirements

  • Experience working in 3D reconstruction, with deep experience in at least one part of the stack (SfM, depth estimation, mesh reconstruction, texturing)
  • Experience designing, training and testing out AI models
  • Knowledge of machine learning model architectural elements (Diffusion, vision transformers, encoders, etc.)
  • Strong math, geometry and linear algebra fundamentals
  • Numerical optimization
  • Strong C++, Python, and PyTorch coding skills and engineering best practices

Responsibilities

  • Improve our mobile 3D capture pipeline
  • Working with a small team of other senior CV engineers with decades of experience working on 3D reconstruction, to help solve some of the hardest problems in 3D computer vision
  • Develop and productionize technology which makes 3D reconstruction as accurate, accessible and useful as possible
  • Building great tools that empower creators and professionals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with NeRFs or Gaussian Splatting
  • Experience deploying algorithms to run on resource constrained devices like mobile phones
  • Infrastructure experience (JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, databases, batch jobs, server integration, spot instances, etc.)
  • Experience using Swift or React Native
  • Masters or PhD in computer vision, computer science, math, physics or related subject
