• Master's degree
• 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD)
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required

Responsibilities

• Involved in different projects
• Work on topics such as strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, operational excellence
• Contribute and collaborate with colleagues on Sia Partners internal activities
