Senior Consultant - Data & Analytics

Join our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice and serve as a trusted partner to our clients, leveraging your experience and expertise to deliver tailored integrated solutions. You will lead clients and teams on their analytics journey, collaborating on strategic vision, roadmapping initiatives, and implementation. Supported by experienced leaders and a coach, you'll contribute to a collaborative community. This role requires analyzing data, suggesting strategies for data preparation, assisting in model creation, generating insights, conducting gap analyses, and designing data flows. You'll work with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in handling large data sets and interpreting data to derive impactful insights and recommendations
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and/or R
• Prior experience in professional services or a similar field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar discipline
• Willingness to travel based on client preferences

Responsibilities

• Lead our clients and teams on their analytics journey which includes collaborating on their strategic vision for analytics, crafting a pragmatic roadmap of initiatives, and aiding our clients in the implementation of these initiatives
• Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in substantial and/or intricate data sets
• Suggest strategies for easier preparation and blending of data to bolster analytics
• Assist in creation of forecasting and predictive analytics models
• Generate compelling insights through visual analytics, dashboards, and/or reporting
• Conduct interviews with clients to perform current state/future state gap analysis and identify the root causes of challenges
• Design process and data flows using standard flowcharting methodology
