Summary

ServiceRocket is seeking a Solution Architect to join their organization as a key member. The role involves building strong customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, partnering with the sales team, identifying opportunities for ServiceRocket solutions, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of related experience, excellent communication skills, and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma; specifically in technical pre-sales or solution consulting
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication, presentation, workshop and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through onsite and remote interactions, providing technical expertise during pre-sales
• Conduct product demonstrations, address inquiries, and articulate ServiceRocket's value proposition
