Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with BlackLine or financial close process areas
- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization
- Proficiency in financial systems, including Salesforce and other relevant applications
- Experience supporting transformation projects and collaborating across teams
- Understanding of project management and change management principles
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement improvements to financial workflows and reporting structures
- Assist in managing project activities, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines
- Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in financial close processes and BlackLine implementations. Financial close sub-process areas include but not limited to: account reconciliations, manual and automated journal entries, consolidations, flux analysis, intercompany, and financial/management reporting
- Work closely with client teams to define business requirements and solutions
- Identify areas for process optimization and provide data-driven recommendations
- Lead/participate in client facing workshops and meetings
- Create and deploy digital dashboards to understand clientβs processes and provide key insights into opportunities for transformation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional work experience with Trintech T-Recs
- Familiarity with FinancialForce or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or similar process improvement methodologies
