Summary

As a key member of our team, you will implement, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, providing technical support and training to clients. Requirements

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field
• Several years of project experience in the CE environment as a technical consultant, developer, or technical architect
• Team-oriented work style, strong communication skills, and high quality standards
• Excellent German and good English language skills

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize efficient Microsoft Dynamics solutions, creating tailored adjustments based on client needs and integrating Microsoft Dynamics with other applications
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, addressing service desk inquiries, ticket system challenges, and performing preventative maintenance
• Train and support end-users on the Microsoft Dynamics platform through interactive sessions, documentation, and other materials
• Monitor the performance of Dynamics CE solutions, utilizing KPIs and reports to identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with clients to maximize efficiency
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and the implementation team to ensure Microsoft Dynamics solutions align with business objectives, presenting progress, gathering feedback, and fostering strong relationships
