Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service

Summary

The job is for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Customer Engagement specialist with at least 2-3 years of experience. The role involves customer engagement, process design, user support, live start preparation, and post-deployment support. Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Customer Engagement, ideally in an international environment
• Experience in the areas of Field Service and Customer Service for Portals, Unified Service Desk (USD), Case Management, Queues, Knowledgebase, Contracts / SLAs and Customer Service, as well as for Field Service Planning, Inventory Management and Mobile App (Resco)
• Technical knowledge in the development of software applications, ideally Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience with Microsoft Business Platforms and Applications, such as Apps or SharePoint
• A business degree (Master/Bachelor/BA-Studium) or equivalent training in the IT or project environment
• Excellent German and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement with sales representatives to excite customers about the possibilities of a modern CRM software
• Analysis and documentation of customer requirements and definition of business processes with a focus on Field Service / Customer Service
• Design and implementation of individual customer requirements in collaboration with project leadership and developers
• Support and training for users
• Preparation for live starts and availability for support after deployment
