Summary

The job is for a Senior Consulting Analyst, Source-to-Pay (Coupa) at Clearsulting. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field of study
• 3-6+ years of S2P or P2P full-life cycle technology implementation experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jagger, GEP or similar
• Technical knowledge across full S2P functionality; catalogs, purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice receipt/handling, OCR, invoice processing, payments, etc

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong S2P consulting experience to help financial shared services and procurement executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems
• Lead and/or assist in S2P system implementations across the full SDLC lifecycle, including functional and technical requirements, solutions design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training and deployment
• Translate business requirements to technical solution designs using a solution design document and leading system design principles
• Work with strategic alliance partners to design optimal end-to-end procurement solutions to maximize client value
• Act as the S2P subject matter expert and provide meaningful insights to clients regarding assessment, finance transformation, vendor selection and implementation
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Coupa Platform Certification(s)
• Ability to develop executive level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems and people
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and projects
