Senior Content Designer in Singapore

Summary

OKX is a digital asset exchange and blockchain ecosystems company seeking a Content Designer to create user-friendly content in English and Simplified Chinese. The Content Designer will coordinate with global teams, identify potential project blockers, and have a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience or familiarity with the crypto industry, proficiency in design and localization software, international experience, and written Chinese.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Journalism, Communications, Translations or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and outstanding ability to write in English at a near-native level
• Proven experience in various forms of writing, such as UI copy, microcopies and user education
• Experience in creating style guides, content framework, and working with diverse or global teams

Responsibilities

• Create and develop user-friendly content in English and/or Simplified Chinese. Content types include UX copy, emails, push notifications, release notes, and product documentation
• Coordinate with global teams to apply our brand voice and deliver a compelling product narrative that helps further our business objectives
• Actively use and contribute to our content guidelines and glossary to ensure that our company communicates with our users in a friendly, professional, and consistent manner
• Identify potential project blockers proactively and engage stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery and optimal user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with the crypto or blockchain industry
• Proficiency in design and localization software
• International experience, covering content targeted towards different geographical regions
