Summary
Join Ditto, a fast-growing startup, as a Senior Customer Experience Engineer! You will empower developers by guiding them through the Ditto platform, delivering quality solutions and ensuring their success. This role requires experience with enterprise Kubernetes deployments, major cloud providers, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel is required. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer or Technical Support Engineer
- Responsibility for establishing and maintaining Enterprise Kubernetes deployments
- Demonstrable experience with the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- High level of proficiency in driving complex technical issues to resolution - Analyzing infrastructure issues and identifying novel ways of recreating and isolating issues
- A genuine passion for helping others succeed with technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working onsite with customers, flexibility for occasional travel is required
- Broad familiarity with mobile software and hardware providers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Empower Developers - Be the expert on best practices for developing mobile applications using Ditto at scale. Guide enterprise developers through their Ditto journey through solution design, demonstration of best practices. Deliver this expertise through various forms including code examples, conducting both virtual and in-person workshops and creating engaging demonstrations and how-to materials
- Deliver Quality Solutions - Be the trusted advisor to the customer throughout their implementation and successful production deployment. Work alongside their developers providing guidance and input to their Ditto environment
- Ensure Success - Work alongside our Technical Support team to help navigate complex technical issues in both functionality and performance. Help overcome hurdles and accelerate the customer’s journey into production and ongoing smooth operation
- Drive Innovation and Adoption - Develop new use cases on Ditto and drive adoption of the Ditto platform. Collaborate with teams across backend, frontend, DevOps, design, product, sales, and marketing to create a first-class experience for developers
